At Shrine of Hollywood, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gothic and alternative couture. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.

Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure eligibility for processing.
Ship the Items
Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our Los Angeles studio; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Quality Inspection & Credit
Once our artisans inspect the returned garment, we will issue your store credit or process your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
